Signature space offers suites that can accommodate up to 8 people. The fully-equipped meeting and conference rooms are capable of seating up to 8 people. The rooms are modular and can be modified according to your requirements.
2. What is the minimum lease period and the initial cost required?
Signature space provides flexible lease terms. The duration ranges from 1 to 12 months or even more if you required. For hot desks, meeting and conference rooms, the duration ranges from an hour. To start, you only need to pay the first month rental and one month refundable security deposit.
3. What will it cost?
Our rental varies depending on a few criteria such as the size of the office, number of work station, equipment required and the lease term.
4. What are the available refreshments?
Coffee, tea and mineral water are complimentary. Additional snacks are available at a rate.5. Can I arrange for a viewing?
Yes, you may choose to either book an appointment with our receptionist or drop by anytime during office hours for a tour of the business centre.
6. What is the longest duration that I can stay?
There is no limit to the duration. You may arrange with our receptionist for a contract that is suited to your requirement.
7. What do I need to prepare on my move-in day?
Each office is fully-equipped with the necessary furniture and stationery. You may wish to bring in your personal computer and a few business cards to start off your day.
8. Can I use the business centre in other locations?
Signature space has tied up with business centers in other countries to provide similar services abroad. We are in the process of opening up more business centers in various high demand locations to meet your business needs, whenever you are.
9. What are the securities provided?
All office suites come with individual key locks. Our centres are secured with 24-hour access card systems and the building is surrounded by trained security personals
10. What are the insurances provided?
Full building insurance is provided which covers all fixtures and fittings in the office suites. However, if more protection is needed, you may provide us with additional public ability and contents in order to obtain corporate insurance rates
